07 Days - 6 Nights Cairo – Nile Cruise Ex. Aswan *** Sofitel El Gezirah Cairo hotel & Mayfair Nile Cruise

Day 1:
Upon arrival at Cairo airport, NASCOTOURS representative will meet and assist you then transfer you to your hotel in Cairo for Overnight.

Day 2:
After breakfast you will be picked up for your tour in Cairo start with the Giza Plateau where the Pyramids and Sphinx are located, a short distance out of Cairo. This is the highlight of your stay in Cairo visiting this remaining wonder of the ancient world, visiting the major sites as well as the Sphinx. After the Pyramids you will visit the Papyrus institute where a demonstration will introduce you to the art of papyrus making from reeds, a technique discovered by the ancient Egyptian then head to the Egyptian museum where the world’s largest and richest collection of Egyptian Antiquities can be seen. It has 120,000 items, with a representative amount on display, the remainder in storerooms. It houses the world’s largest Collection of Pharaonic antiquities, and many treasures of King Tutankhamen. Your last stop will be Khan El Khalili Bazaar for shopping session before you take the way to your hotel for overnight.

Day 3:
After breakfast at the hotel then explore the Salah El Din Citadel, a medieval Islamic fortification in Egypt. Then visiting St George Church, it dates back to the 7th or 8th century, St. George church is the only round shape church in Egypt unlike other churches in Egypt as it was built on top the foundations of a Roman round tower. Then head to visit for the first time The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, the first museum in Arab world focusing on the earliest civilization in history, the ancient Egyptian civilization. Then you will visit Coptic Cairo before return to your hotel for overnight.

Day 4 (Friday / Wednesday):

After breakfast, you will be transferred check out and transfer to Cairo airport to catch your flight to Aswan then to the Nile cruise for check in. your lunch will be served onboard then you will then High Dam followed with the Philae Temple. Return onboard for dinner and overnight onboard.

Day 5:

Breakfast, then start sailing to Kom Ombo and you will have a visit to the temple shared by two gods Sobek and Haeroris in KomOmbo. Cruise will sail to Edfu. We will visit the Horus temple in Edfu. Return onboard for dinner and overnight.

Day 6:

Breakfast then will sail to Luxor. Upon arrival you will visit the East Bank of Luxor with the East Bank (Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple). Return onboard for lunch. Enjoy Galabya party. Dinner and overnight onboard.

Day 7:

Breakfast and check out, your will end your visits the West Bank starting with the Valley of the Kings where there are more than 60 tombs, among them that of Tut Ankh Amon. We continue with the funerary temple of Hatshepsut. Then you will be transferred to Luxor airport to catch your flight to Cairo then to your final destination.
